How the software works, what it costs, and what it will never do
Claimiflo searches public state and county unclaimed-property records for records matching your own entity name and the name variations you manage in your account.
Every record is public. It is the same information any member of the public can retrieve from the administrator's own portal. The platform performs no investigation, uses no non-public database, and does no skip-tracing.
Matching is automated. Records that appear to correspond to your entity names are surfaced as Findings for you to look at. A match is a suggestion for your review, not a determination that the property is yours.
You decide what to pursue. Where you choose to proceed, the platform auto-populates the state's claim form from the public record and from your own account data. Where a state supports electronic filing, the platform transmits the claim after your per-claim electronic signature.
Before anything transmits, you are shown the administrator's own verbatim attestation language, you check a certification under penalty of perjury, and you type your name as your signature. No claim can be submitted without your signature recorded against it. There is no bulk submit and no background auto-submit.
Every state runs its own free unclaimed-property search, and you can search it and file a claim directly with that state at no cost. You do not need Claimiflo, or anyone else, to claim what is yours.
Claimiflo is a subscription tool that does the searching across the states we cover on a schedule, keeps track of what it found, and fills the forms in for you. That is what you are paying for. You are not paying for access to the records themselves, and you are not paying a share of anything you recover.
Unclaimed property is a category with a lot of bad actors in it. These are commitments, not reassurances:
Claimiflo is a service for legally formed business entities, not individuals.
